  • How you strategize and make excuses to stay safe and comfortable — which keeps you playing small.

Instructions for the Practice...

  • Download the Practice Document above. Read the instructions there.
  • Select the 3 Inner Bullies that are strongest in you right now — the “loudest voices”. Then seek out 2-3 people who know you very well (for many years) and interview them about your Top 3 Inner Bully types that you selected and get their honest thoughts and feedback.
  • Ask them this: “how do you notice these showing up and playing out in my day to day life…in my actions and behaviors, and the resulting consequences?”
  • Take notes of their comments and don’t engage in a debate around this, just listen and seek clarification only.

Reflection Questions (write your answers in your Journal):

  • How do your top Inner Bully archetypes (choose just 1 or 2) play out in your life (look at all areas)?
  • What are the impacts and consequences on you personally and on others?
